Referral Manual Submission

The Gender Centre has for some time kept a "Referral Manual" to assist staff in providing our clients with referrals to other services, in particular to medical professionals experienced in dealing with transgender clients. Over time this "Referral Manual" becomes outdated and the Gender Centre is asking it's clients and those who reside anywhere in Australia to assist by providing the name of any medical professional they know of who may be interested in being part of our updated Referral Manual.

The information you provide us with below will be used to contact the medical professional to ask their permission first, so please feel free to submit the names of any medical professionals you think may be of use to other Gender Centre clients.
