The Gender Centre Inc. is concerned about protecting your privacy. This document outlines the
processes we have in place to protect your personal information, and explains how we collect it, what we
use it for, who it is given to, and how you can access it. This document also outlines the use of
cookies, server logs, and outbound links on this website.

Personal Information
When you send us an email, whether through our online forms or directly, we may record your name,
email address and phone number if you provide this information to us, for the sole purpose of following
up your initial contact. We will not retain your email address for marketing purposes, and we will cease
contacting you at any point if asked to by you. We may also record your computer's
I.P. address, to assist in prevention of spam and
fraud. None of this information will be passed on, sold, transferred, or otherwise made accessible to
another third party, except as required by law or as deemed appropriate at the time by The Gender Centre
Inc., for example to report a spammer to the relevant authorities.

your privacy, we reserve the right to ask for proof of identity before providing you with information,
and in most cases as a security precaution we will call you back with the information you request. We
reserve the right to withhold information if we do not believe you are authorised to access it.
